When do you start?
We will add you to the next available route in your area! Usually you will see us on the property in a few business days.
How long do I need to stay off my lawn after you come out?
For our granular fertilizer applications, you can go back to enjoying your lawn immediately. For our liquid weed control applications we recommend letting the lawn fully dry before reentering, usually one to two hours. If you’re receiving our grub control or other surface insect applications, those products need to be watered in thoroughly to be effective. Once watered, and then fully dry, you are fine to reenter the lawn.
Do I need to be home when the service is being completed?
Nope! Just make sure you leave the gate unlocked.
Is my dog okay in the yard when you come?
As much as we love dogs, we kindly ask that for our safety and the safety of your pup that all animals be inside while a technician is on the property.
Will my garden be okay?
Our technicians are trained to avoid any area that isn’t specific to the application. We will not put down any product in areas like gardens or flowerbeds.
If I didn’t prepay, will I be getting a monthly bill?
Our services are billed at the time of completion. We will leave an invoice for you to review but you signed up for autopay when you processed your first payment. This means we will keep your card on file in our secure, 100% PCI compliant system, and process a payment automatically after each service is performed.
